Aman reportedly threatened to murder and dismember a 17-year-old girl in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, after she declined his marriage proposal. The accused has been detained by police.
The accused, known as Mohammad Faiz, reportedly tried to get the youngster to wed him, but she declined. He threatened the girl, stating, "If the marriage doesn't happen, I will chop you into pieces," since he was upset over being rejected.
According to the girl's relatives, Faiz used to follow the girl to school and continually harass her. They also attempted to counsel Faiz, but he persisted in pestering the girl and proposing marriage to her.
After that, the child's relatives went to higher-ups in the police department and complained about Faiz, stating that the girl was in danger of dying.

On the basis of the allegations, Naubasta police searched Faiz's home in Chaman Ganj. Faiz's relatives fought with the police when they arrived, which prompted the police to send extra cops to the scene. Faiz was detained.
Mohammed Faiz was the subject of a POCSO Act complaint that was filed on October 16, according to ACP Naubasta, Abhishek Kumar Pandey, who spoke with India Today. Faiz allegedly threatened to murder the little child repeatedly after the lawsuit was filed, according to the complaint. He was detained and taken to jail.
